If you got tired of the Default File Explorer in Windows 11, you can give the Files App a try. It is a Free App, that you can get from the Microsoft Store.

The App is way more polished compared to the Default File Explorer and has rounded corners in every section.
The Main Interface looks pretty similar to File Explorer, but you will notice that response times and loading are way faster.
You can easily make Files App as the Default Explorer from the Settings Section and whenever you are opening the File Explorer, you will be redirected to Files.
Compared to File Explorer, it even does better in minimized scenarios and focuses on showing the most important options all the time.
You can use more advanced options of Categorizing and the Appearance can be easily customized from the Settings Section.
Make sure to give the Files App a try and see if it’s working better for you compared to the Default File Explorer.
