In this article, we will talk about How to Customize the Mouse Cursor in Windows 11 24H2.
In Windows 11 24H2 on the Dev and the Beta Channels of the Windows Insider Program, Build 26120.3576, Microsoft has moved over from the Old Control Panel to the New Settings App, some New Options related to the Mouse Pointer.

If you go into the New Settings App and then to Accessibility and Mouse pointer and touch, you will see all the New Options that Microsoft has added into this section.
First of all, we have the Mouse pointer style, where you can select from a few different options that Microsoft provides, and also use a Custom Color for your Mouse Pointer.

In addition to changing the Mouse Pointer Size, we can now Customize the Mouse Pointer Image directly from the New Settings App. Just select a Mouse State, click on Browser and select your .cur or .ani file to change it.
After changing it, you can also reset it, by clicking on the reset button.

Other options that you can customize, include enabling the Mouse Indicator, Mouse Pointer Trails or the Mouse Pointer Shadow.

In addition to this, if you go to Related Settings at the bottom, or Bluetooth & devices and then Mouse, you can customize the Mouse Pointer even further.
From here you can change the Primary mouse button, the Mouse pointer speed, or turn on/off the Enhance pointer precision option. Also, you can change scrolling options from below.
