If you want to test Windows 11 23H2 Early, you need to keep in mind that it is highly unstable right now, so it is not recommended to use it on your main computer.
Join the Windows Insider Program
The first official method of testing Windows 11 23H2, would be to join the Windows Insider Program. You can find it inside Windows Update and then Windows Insider Program.
You’re gonna go through a setup, where you will need to log in to your Microsoft Account and select the Insider Channel that you want to join.
Currently, the Channels that have Windows 11 23H2 Features are the Canary, Dev, and Beta Channels.
The most stable is the Beta Channel, and the most unstable is the Canary Channel.
After you go through the setup and select your Insider Channel, you will need to restart, and the New Build or Update will be offered to you through Windows Update.
Get the Windows 11 23H2 ISO
You can also get the Windows 11 23H2 ISO if you want to test it in a Virtual Machine.
You will need to go to the Official Microsoft Website and log in to your Microsoft Account.
From there, you will need to select the Build that you want to get, the Product Language, and the ISO will be offered to you.
