In this article, we will talk about the New Windows 11 25H2 Update which Blocks Microsoft Account Bypass and also some New Bypass Methods.
In the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Builds for the Beta and Dev Channels, Microsoft has announced that they are not blocking the Local Only command that was available inside OOBE, to basically skip the whole installation by creating a Local Account.
That Method still works on the Main Release, so if you want to try it out, you can check this article.
In these latest Builds, when you run that command, the whole Setup just restarts and it won’t allow you to use it.
Fortunately, there are still other methods that work. For example the BypassNRO Method that was shared on Twitter by BobPony.
To make this work, disconnect from the internet first and then just run these Commands while inside OOBE:
Shift + F10
reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
shutdown /r /t 0
This method is pretty similar to the Local Only one, but it is a bit more tedious.
After this, continue with the Setup and finish the Installation.
Another method that you can try has been shared by GreepTheSheep.
