New Windows 11 Update 22000.795 – Gaming Improvements, Search Box Changes, Security, and Fixes

In this article, I will talk about the latest Windows 11 Update for the Main Release, which is the Build 22000.795 or KB5015814.

For those of you who are not familiar with how Windows 11 Updates for the Main Release work, I will explain it to you in the following lines.

Every month Windows 11 has a B and a C Release for Windows 11. Usually, the B Release is launched on the second Tuesday of the month and contains all the features that were tested in the previous month’s C Release.

Highlights

  • Addresses security issues for your Windows operating system.

Improvements

This security update includes improvements that were a part of update KB5014668 (released June 23, 2022) and also addresses the following issues:

  • Addresses an issue that redirects the PowerShell command output so that transcript logs do not contain any output of the command. Consequently, the decrypted password is lost.

If you installed earlier updates, only the new updates contained in this package will be downloaded and installed on your device.
