New Windows 11 24H2 System Requirements

In this article, we will talk about the New Windows 11 24H2 System Requirements.

As announced by Microsoft, Windows 11 24H2 will be the annual release for Windows 11 in 2024 and it should be released sometime in September/October.

With this New Version, Microsoft is introducing a New System Requirement that will prevent a lot of users with low-end computers from installing this New Version.

Microsoft is modifying System Files so that when loading, they will require a New CPU Instruction called POPCNT. The System won’t even boot without this Instruction.

Also, during the Setup in Windows 11 24H2, Microsoft will now check for this System Requirement and if bypassed, the System will get into a Boot Loop, so it’s even impossible to bypass at the moment.
